Description:
- Manage site in line with contract requirements
- Manage staff and operations in line with company policies & procedures.
- Monitor and ensure that client targets are achieved within set timeframes.
- Manage all risk assessments done on-site.
- Perform risk assessments as and when required.
- Plan and manage all execution activities.
- Handle HR/IR related matters
- Oversee Health and Safety standards and compliance are reached and maintained.
- Ensure Quality standards are reached and maintained.
- Plan and review maintenance and outage actions.
- Manage budgets and monitor budget performance.
- Manage cost control and audits.
- Write monthly reports
- Reports to Operations Manager

Skills and Qualifications:
- Well experienced in baghouse works on a power station or similar work environment for a period of at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- S4/T4 Mechanical Engineering Diploma or B-Tech Mechanical Engineering qualification or higher.
Computer literate and well acquainted with MS Office.
