Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive/Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our Logistics, Transport, Yellow Machine, Lifting Equipment, and Construction services to potential clients. This role entails expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, address client inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients within the construction and logistics industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our Yellow Machine (Plant Hire) and Logistics services, including equipment offerings, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to coordinate client projects and ensure smooth execution of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction, logistics, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Yellow Machine (Plant Hire) services, equipment rentals, and logistics operations is highly desirable.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
